Prefurbia is about higher living standards at all income levels, and a sense of pride in ones existence. This comes from being proud of where families live, no matter what there social standing is.

Reducing infrastructure has a direct impact on the available space for residents in Prefurbia neighborhoods. It is how we use that gained space to spread value to every resident. Space is not a 5 minute walk away – its right outside the front (and/or) rear door.
